Please join us on Thurs., Sept. 23rd, as we welcome military advocate General Rick Hillier, who became Canada’s top soldier in 2005. General Hillier, now retired, fought passionately on the ground in Afghanistan as Canada’s peacekeeping role segued into a heavy combat mission in the scorching hills of Kandahar. Be inspired by his pride, connect with friends, and delight in a multi-course feast prepared and served by our Culinary and Hospitality students and staff. Funds from this event will be directed to the Regional Education Alliance for Community Health (REACH) ...

All full-time postsecondary students at the Thunder Bay campus now receive a U-PASS (Universal Bus Pass) integrated into their Student Card.  Passed by a referendum last spring, this pass allows all students who qualify to ride ANY Bus, Any Time, Any Where that Thunder Bay Transit goes ...

Concurrent Disorders
1 year Graduate Certificate

The Concurrent Disorders program is designed to provide graduates of social services, community services and health services programs with the skill set to work with individuals living with Concurrent Disorders.

Ramesh Ferris was the President of SUCCI in 2000 – 2001 and a graduate of our Social Service Worker Program. 

In 2008, Ramesh Ferris hand cycled across Canada  to raise awareness and funds for the eradication of polio, the crippling disease that still threatens children in parts of Africa and Asia. Ferris cycled more than 7,110km by bicycle over 173 days, raising over C$300,000.
